Week 5 Overview: Feb. 18 & 19

Objectives

This week we'll be exploring more about style, language, and word choice in obituaries and looking at ways to maximize our impact while minimizing word count. In lab, we'll start using the arrangement lab to practice introducing ourselves, establishing rapport, gaining trust, gathering initial biography information, and presenting price lists and an arrangement overview. Once lab is done, you'll have a week to record a "polished" version of your own introduction with a friend or classmate and share the video with me and Marc.
