Read the semester project description, and sign up for a study area in class on Wednesday

Re-awaken those perhaps rusty ArcGIS skills through data creation. Some of this is provided in a series of videos in the Resources column of the course website, to review as needed.

Read the information in the Deadline column on the course page for this first week. This describes requirements for naming and compressing files into a bundle for submission. Understand, and learn to create zip archives if you haven't done this before, as you will be penalized for not following these instructions.
