Fall 2025 Funding Request Deadlines

College Board Executive Board meets to evaluate funding requests on a rolling basis. Please submit by the below deadlines to ensure that your funding request can be processed, considered, and presented for voting approval in a timely manner. All rolling submissions will be reviewed the following day after that respective month's deadline during the Eboard meeting. Any funding requests submitted after the deadline will be reviewed at the following month's review session. It is recommended that funding requests are submitted far enough in advance of your event date to make sure we can help financially support your event! September: Funding Requests due by Sept. 5th at 11:59pm. 

October: Funding Requests due by Oct. 3rd at 11:59pm.

November: Funding Requests due by Nov. 7th at 11:59pm.

December: Funding Requests due by Nov. 29th at 11:59pm.

 

As a reminder: College Board can not support funds that will directly go to food or alcohol. We can fund portions of event that support venues, rentals, activities etc.
