Hennepin Longitudinal Integrated Experience (HeLIX)
Considering HeLIX?
HeLIX is an 11-month program at Hennepin County Medical Center for students from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and Duluth Campuses. While at HCMC, you will develop strong relationships with both faculty and patients as you work through most of your core clerkships.

Hennepin Longitudinal Integrated Experience (HeLIX) is designed to prepare future physicians to competently provide human-centered care to patients across the entire lifespan by creating a learning environment anchored in safety and respect of all people and examining structures and systems that result in health inequities.
