If Students Have Technical Issues During a Proctored Exam

If you have technical issues during the exam, you need to contact the Proctorio help center that is available 24/7 through phone, email and chat.

  • You should let the instructor know that you are having technical issues, but remember that the instructor will NOT be able to troubleshoot for you. 
  • Contact Proctorio help for technical assistance and provide description of:
    • what you tried to do and  what happened,
    • what error message was displayed,
    • what hardware /software you were using, etc.

The more details you can provide about your problem, the quicker they will be able to resolve your issue.
