If You Have Technical Issues with Respondus LockDown Browser

If you have technical difficulties with the Respondus LockDown Browser  and need  assistance, contact U of MN help line at 612-301-4357 or help@umn.edu. It is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Please provide:

  • a description of what you were trying to do and what happened
  • what error message was displayed (a screenshot of the error message will be very helpful)
  • what hardware /software you were using, etc.

Remember: the more details you can provide about your problem, the quicker the support stuff  will be able to resolve the issue for you.
