These questions are both content review and practical preparation for your open textbook publishing projects.

1. How would you describe your project management capacity? 
2. Do you have a university press or other potential partner organization at your institution?
3. What do you want to communicate with faculty authors via the project management process? Do you see yourself as a partner or service provider, for example.
4. How do you currently manage timelines and scheduling? Could that methodology work for publishing projects, or do you want to investigate other options?
5. If you already have a copyright faculty workshop curriculum, how could it be adapted for an open textbook publishing program to encourage understanding and compliance?
