Though many things have happened this year in Italy, I will be talking about the week of September 29th to October 5th. Italy, formally known as the Italian Republic, resides in southern and western Europe, spreading from the bottom of Switzerland, France, Austria, and Slovenia, to the Mediterranean Sea.

In the villa they excavated, which was the oldest known villa in the town, they found remnants of pots, and fire damage was visible in a layer of sediment and rock.
In Rome, Italian police arrested 19 people about a powerful mafia group called ‘Ndrangheta.’ These suspects Links to an external site. have been accused of being involved in a scheme that circulates the Meazza stadium, trying to take control of the vendors, parking, and other businesses around the stadium. These suspects also might have been involved in a drug trafficking ring that has been difficult to investigate.
