What’s Happening Week 16?

Finishing the Wrapping Up

The end is in sight.

This week we finish the wrap-up of the course with (1) the Final Exam, (2) a final look at your colleagues’ Presentations—the crown jewels of the semester, and (3) a discussion of the class including your three Favorite and three Least Favorite things.

Live chat as usual is at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. It’s a handy time to ask questions about the Final Exam. But if that time is not convenient, e-mail. . . .

Study Questions for the Final Exam are available on-line at GC Wk14 FINAL EXAM QUESTION RECOMMENDATION DROPBOX.

And if you have not already done so, before you go out in the real world exploring, perhaps on a Study Abroad adventure, have a look at the global tracking of food and water resources by The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). And if you have looked at it, look again because much of the future people around the world depends on decreasing the speed of the numbers you see flashing before your eyes. So, literally, the end of a lot of things is in sight if we do not pay attention.
