Although most students have likely heard about plagiarism during their years of schooling, it still is prevalent-even in higher education.

The video below reviews what plagiarism is and how not to do it. This video gives a general overview of plagiarism, and how to cite, but it may not exactly represent APA Style. Please refer to the APA resources provided to make sure you are following the APA style in the correct manner.

Also, in this course I will be using Turnitin, which is a sophisticated online originality detector. I am sure some of you are familiar with this from your other courses.
