GC Midterm Exam Overview
The Midterm Exam will be an open-book / open-notes essay exam made up of FOUR questions selected from GC Wk5 Midterm Question Recommendation Dropbox/(also referred to as the Annotate Study Guide) which covers all materials from Module 1- 6.
Canvas Quiz Questions
I will be using Canvas Quizzes for this Exam. Please note:
-
- Canvas will assign each student FOUR questions at random from the annotated study questions, so it's unlikely you will receive the same set of question as other students.
- Canvas will allow you to see all four questions at once and you can move back and forth among questions, if you would like.
-
-
- Important!
- Save your work before leaving the question you are on.
- If you don't see all four questions, be sure to let me know.

Annotated Questions Study Guide (Midterm Question Recommendation Dropbox)
As a class, you contributed questions to the GC Wk5 Midterm Question Recommendation Dropbox (which you can find in Module 5 and 6). These questions have been edited and annotated by me, and will serve as the comprehensive study guide for the Midterm Exam.
Please note:
-
- Since your original contribution, I will have edited and annotated the questions to make it easier to respond to the question within a (roughly) 20 minute time frame.
- Note:
- Not all of the questions on the GC Wk5 Midterm Question Recommendation Dropbox will be in the pool for the exam.
- There will be only one question in the pool on any given central topic, and topics of the Discussions will not be a major focus of any of the midterm exam questions

- Examples:
- Give specific examples, including specific examples from class materials, when you make a statement.
- Length:
- Using the tips above, most answers could be written in about a page and a half to two "normal" pages (double-spaced, one-inch margins, #11 or #12 font)—which is about 250-375 words.
