Dr. Rogers is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Horticultural Science. Her research focuses on ecological strategies to improve production of horticultural crops, including controlled environment agriculture and integrated pest management.

Claire Flavin Hodge is a Researcher in Dr. Rogers' Organic Horticulture Lab. She received her B.S. in Organismal Biology and Public Outreach from Illinois State University and her M.S. in Applied Plant Science- Agroecology from the U of MN. Her research projects have or will focus on: growing salad greens in Deep Winter Greenhouses, excluding Spotted Wing Drosophila from organic blueberries and raspberries, and IPM in hydroponic vegetable production.
