Draft a 1-2 page outline of your research paper to guide you in the writing process. This should include an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. The introduction should contain some background information describing the problem and a thesis statement. For the body, identify your main points (3-4) with supporting sub-points (2-3 for each main point). Your conclusion should provide a restatement of the thesis and provide next steps, identifying the main take-aways and point to your end goal what you would like readers to think/feel/do as a result of this knowledge. Include references (minimum of 3)  from reputable sources, cited in APA style.
