Week 4 Discussion: Successful Strategies for Building Open Initiatives

Through the use of the case studies provided in this unit or by searching online, please read and reflect upon at least one higher ed institution's successful OER initiative and do the following:

• Provide a summary and attribution of the institution's OER initiative you're discussing;
• Share some of this institution's strategies for building a successful OER campus initiative that you find interesting or compelling; 
• Reflect upon which strategies you think would work well on your campus and why.

Note: If you know someone personally who is part of an already established and successful OER initiative, you may interview that person and share his/her answers instead of doing online research.
