Overview

We're doing this activity at the start of our course for a couple of reasons. This will provide a baseline for your writing skills, which we can revisit later to see your progress. This is also a chance to reflect on your own learning experiences and set some goals for yourself. We will re-visit your goals periodically as well. All this will be done in the context of the major topic of our course: chocolate!

Detailed instructions

  1. Start a new Google Document.
  2. Adjust the sharing settings to: "Anyone with the link may view"
  3. In your document answer the question: What chocolate or sweets do you like and how does this characterize you as a person. 

Submission requirements

  • Submit your assignment by sharing your Google Doc link in the assignment. 

Grading & feedback

  • Attached rubric will be used for grading. 
  • You may resubmit this assignment 1 time.
