Purpose

You will start to learn about GD&T symbols, the tolerance zone, and create another turbine part.

Outcomes

After completing this module, you should be able to:

  • Recognize the basic symbols of GD&T.
  • Depict the tolerance zone associated with each GD&T symbol.
  • Create one of the more complex parts for the centrifugal pump -turbine.
  • Interpret notation about counterbores and countersinks on engineering drawings.
