Overview 5-2
Purpose
This module introduces the engineering design process and different prototyping techniques as well as the configurations feature in Solidworks.
Outcomes
After completing this module, you should be able to:
- State the steps in the engineering design process.
- Identify multiple prototyping techniques appropriate for different designs.
- Create Solidworks part files that can have dimensions easily modified by using Configurations.
