The textbook provides information about the regulatory requirements and principles associated with safety and health training. 

Part 1: Initial Post

  1. Describe the major differences between cognitive, behavioral, and motivation learning theories.  Provide an example where you think one of the learning theories would be most effective.
  2. List two different types of learning styles and describe an appropriate learning activity for each type. Under which of the style(s) do you learn best.
