This module reviews regulatory issues and the importance of budgeting considerations when establishing an effective hazard communication plan and during an incident.

Part 1. Initial Post

  1. Complying with OSHA HazCom requires adequate implementation of five steps. Of the five steps, name an item that may not be performed or performed inadequately for each step.
  2. Assume that you are provided with a chemical with a non-product label that has only the identity of the chemical along with the name and address of the manufacturer. Would such a label be considered in compliance with the OSHA HazCom requirements?
