Instructions
Your company understands the importance of environmental safety and health management and its importance to the business environment. As such, emergency management is a company priority. You have been given the responsibility of developing emergency and disaster management training for your company employees.
Training you are developing requires employees to view the online training videos and materials contained in Modules 12 and 13, Emergency Management and Disaster Systems and Planning.
You want to provide an incentive for employees to view the videos and materials. In addition, you want to assess the effectiveness of the training and employee knowledge for the most important emergency management elements for the company. One of the learning assessments will be a quiz. Prepare a 10-question quiz to give to employees using the following quiz criteria:
Use question formats up to 25% true or false, with a combination of multiple choice and other formats.
Consider the audience has various levels of education.
