Managing Data and Research Materials

As a grad student, you'll be responsible for the data or materials you collect during your masters or doctoral work. This boot camp will give you a foundation of best practices, tools, and processes that you can build on throughout your career.

Learning Outcomes

  • You will learn the foundations of managing the data or materials you collect during a research project.
  • You will become familiar with the tools, resources, and principles for maintaining the accessibility of your research products in order to apply them to current and future professional practice.
  • You will create an action plan to organize your data or research materials effectively.
  • You will learn about and connect to a network of research support staff, librarians, and peers to get timely assistance and advice during your career.
