- Develop instruction with appropriate OER/OEP tools.
- Identify roles for librarians and other support staff in OEP development.
- Consider potential collaborations with various stakeholders for OER/OEP, including librarians, faculty, and students.
Assignment Overview
For this assignment, we will be returning to the Action Plan document you copied and worked on during Module 1. During this module, you will be focusing your attention on taking an assignment that already exists in your course and converting it into a renewable assignment—now we’re getting into the design process! After reading a couple of foundational pieces on renewable assignments, we have created a worksheet to guide you through this process based on the framework created by Katz & Van Allen (2020).
Note: In order to submit your completed portion of the Action Plan each week, click on the "Start Assignment" box and then post the "Share" link for your Google Doc. Please use the following permission setting: Anyone with the link can comment.

- You will be working together on this process, so be sure to dedicate some time during this module to connect - you may want to work asynchronously via email, or choose to connect in-person/over zoom to consider the questions in the Action Plan.
- There are some questions focused on thinking ahead to topics we have not discussed yet in this course (like accessibility, student empowerment, and implementation), but brainstorming or adding questions to these sections could be helpful.
